Redesigned to Blend into the Neighborhood
Our new design blends in with the neighborhood's existing architecture.

Reduced building footprints by 30%

Changed design of the cottages to be similar in size, height, and appearance to single-family homes in the neighborhood. Architectural features of the two-story cottages may include peaked roofs, covered porches, and bay windows.

Relocated the main entrance from Ruby Drive to W Old Baltimore Rd.

Added extensive landscaping to screen the site from neighboring homes.

Added a sidewalk along West Old Baltimore Road frontage ( where no side walk exists today) to enhance pedestrian connectivity and safety.

Eliminated the network of underground tunnels originally designed to connect all buildings on the property.
